About Us

国际儿童教育协会（IEAC）中国 – 音乐与健康研究中心 – 艺术与音乐疗愈专业委员会（以下简称“本专业委员会”）是经国际儿童教育协会（IEAC）总部正式授权，在中国地区设立的跨学科专业分支机构。

The International Education Association of Children (IEAC) China – Music and Health Research Center – Art and Music Therapy Professional Committee (hereinafter “the Professional Committee”) is an interdisciplinary professional body established in the China region under the official authorization of the International Education Association of Children (IEAC) Headquarters.

我们的理念

Our Philosophy

音乐与艺术疗愈不是某一特定人群的专属服务，而是贯穿全生命周期的健康促进工具。从儿童情绪调节到成年人压力管理，从老年认知维护到临终心理支持，艺术与音乐的介入在多个维度上被证明具有显著效果。

Music and art therapy is not a service exclusive to any specific population, but rather a health promotion tool that spans the entire lifespan. From emotional regulation in children to stress management in adults, from cognitive maintenance in the elderly to psychological support in end-of-life care, artistic and musical interventions have demonstrated significant effects across multiple dimensions.

我们的工作范围

Our Scope of Work

本专业委员会围绕以下四大方向开展工作：

The Professional Committee operates along the following four major directions:

一、标准与指南制定

I. Standards and Guidelines Development

联合医学、心理学、音乐治疗、艺术治疗及教育领域专家，制定适用于中国本土的《艺术与音乐疗愈实践指南》，覆盖儿童、成人及老年群体。

Collaborate with experts in medicine, psychology, music therapy, art therapy, and education to develop the Art and Music Therapy Practice Guidelines tailored to the local Chinese context, covering children, adults, and the elderly.

二、跨学科研究

II. Interdisciplinary Research

开展音乐与艺术介入对情绪调节、神经可塑性、社会连接及生理指标（如皮质醇、心率变异性）影响的实证研究，推动循证实践。

Conduct empirical research on the effects of music and art interventions on emotional regulation, neuroplasticity, social connection, and physiological indicators (such as cortisol and heart rate variability), promoting evidence-based practice.

三、人才培养与认证

组织专业培训、工作坊及继续教育项目，建立从业者能力评估与认证体系，提升行业整体专业水平。

Organize professional training, workshops, and continuing education programs, establish practitioner competency assessment and certification systems, and elevate the overall professional standards of the field.

四、公众教育与倡导

IV. Public Education and Advocacy

向社会大众、医疗机构、教育单位及企业科普艺术与音乐疗愈的科学价值，消除“仅为娱乐”或“仅限儿童”的认知误区。

Educate the general public, medical institutions, educational entities, and corporations about the scientific value of art and music therapy, dispelling misconceptions that it is “merely entertainment” or “only for children.”

The Professional Committee operates under the authorization framework of IEAC Headquarters and strictly adheres to the following compliance requirements:

• 不以IEAC总部名义发布具有约束力的政策性声明

• Does not issue binding policy statements in the name of IEAC Headquarters

• 所有公开发布的研究成果、标准文件及宣传材料均包含明确的免责声明

• Includes a clear disclaimer in all publicly released research outputs, standards documents, and promotional materials

• 财务独立、自负盈亏，不以IEAC全球名义募集资金

• Maintains financial independence and self-sufficiency, and does not solicit funds under the IEAC global name

• 如需开展具有医疗性质的服务，将自行获得中国境内相关法律许可

• If undertaking medical or therapeutic services, will independently obtain relevant legal authorization within China

年度报告义务

Annual Reporting Obligation

根据授权文件要求，本专业委员会每年3月1日前向IEAC总部提交年度工作报告，内容包括：

Pursuant to the authorization document, the Professional Committee submits an Annual Activity Report to IEAC Headquarters by March 1 of each year, including:

• 研究成果与出版情况

• Research outputs and publications

• 财务状况简况

• Brief financial statement

本专业委员会面向全国范围内关注音乐与艺术疗愈的专业人士、研究机构及实践单位开放会员申请。我们致力于构建一个跨学科、跨领域的专业平台，推动艺术与音乐疗愈在中国的发展与标准化建设。

The Professional Committee welcomes membership applications from professionals, research institutions, and practice organizations across China who are dedicated to music and art therapy. We are committed to building an interdisciplinary and cross-sector professional platform to advance the development and standardization of art and music therapy in China.

三、申请流程

IV. Application Process

第一步：提交申请材料

Step 1: Submit Application Materials

请将以下材料发送至本专业委员会指定邮箱（邮箱地址见下方）：

Please send the following materials to the designated email address of the Professional Committee (see below):

• 个人会员 / 学生会员：填写完整的《会员申请表》、个人简历、学历或从业证明复印件

• Individual / Student Members: Completed Membership Application Form, CV, copy of degree certificate or proof of employment

• 机构会员：填写完整的《机构会员申请表》、机构简介、合法注册资质证明复印件

• Institutional Members: Completed Institutional Membership Application Form, organization profile, copy of legal registration certificate

第二步：资格审核

Step 2: Eligibility Review

专业委员会秘书处将在收到申请材料后 10 个工作日内 完成审核，并通过邮件通知审核结果。

The Professional Committee Secretariat will complete the review within 10 business days of receiving the application materials and will notify the applicant of the result via email.

第三步：缴纳会费

Step 3: Pay Membership Fees

审核通过后，申请人按照通知指引缴纳相应会费。

Upon approval, the applicant shall pay the corresponding membership fees following the instructions provided in the notification.

第四步：正式入会

Step 4: Official Membership Activation

完成缴费后，专业委员会将在 15 个工作日内 颁发电子会员证书，并开通相应会员权益。

After payment is completed, the Professional Committee will issue an electronic membership certificate and activate the corresponding membership benefits within 15 business days.

四、会员义务

IV. Membership Obligations

会员应遵守以下义务：

Members shall comply with the following obligations:

• 遵守本专业委员会章程及相关管理规定

• Abide by the Professional Committee’s Bylaws and relevant administrative regulations

• 按时缴纳年度会费

• Pay annual membership fees on time

• 维护专业委员会声誉，不得以专业委员会名义从事未经授权的活动

• Uphold the reputation of the Professional Committee and refrain from engaging in unauthorized activities in its name

• 积极参与专业委员会组织的活动，推动艺术与音乐疗愈领域的发展

• Actively participate in activities organized by the Professional Committee and contribute to the advancement of art and music therapy

五、退会与续期

V. Withdrawal and Renewal

• 续期：会员资格按年度续期，每年会费缴纳截止日期为 3月31日。逾期未缴纳者，会员资格将自动暂停。

• Renewal: Membership is renewed annually. The deadline for annual fee payment is March 31 of each year. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in automatic suspension of membership.

• 退会：会员可随时书面申请退会，已缴会费不予退还。

• Withdrawal: Members may withdraw at any time by submitting a written request. Paid fees are non-refundable.

• 取消资格：违反专业委员会管理规定或从事损害专业委员会声誉行为的，经审议后可取消会员资格。

• Revocation: Membership may be revoked after review for violations of the Professional Committee’s administrative regulations or actions that harm its reputation.
